Capacity of THP/Smart volumes
You can use the capacitytype parameter to specify the unit
used for capacity (KB or blocks).
You can specify the following values:
For P9500:
- 48000 to 64424505600 (in KB)
- 96000 to 128849011200 (in blocks)
For XP24000/XP20000:
If the microcode version is earlier than 60-03:
- 48000 to 3221159680 (in KB)
- 96000 to 6442319360 (in blocks)
If the microcode version is 60-03 or later:
- 48000 to 4294967296 (in KB)
- 96000 to 8589934592 (in blocks)

Specify the number of THP/Smart volumes to be created.
If this parameter is omitted, 1 is set.

Device number of the logical unit
Specify this parameter as a decimal number or colon-delimited
hexadecimal number in the format ww:xx:yy, where ww is the
LDKC number, xx is the CU number, and yy is the LDEV number.
ww is optional. If ww is omitted, LDKC is assumed to be 0.
If this parameter is omitted, it is set automatically.

CLPR number
P9500:
If this parameter is omitted, the following values are set:
If all of the CLPR numbers of the THP/Smart pool volumes
comprising a THP/Smart pool are the same, the CLPR
number of the THP/Smart pool volume is set.
If the CLPR numbers of the THP/Smart pool volumes com-
prising a THP/Smart pool are not the same, 0 is set.
For XP24000/XP20000:
Depending on the combination of the poolid parameter and
this parameter, the CLPR number is set as follows:
If the poolid parameter is omitted and the clprNumber
parameter is specified, the CLPR number specified in the
clprNumber parameter is set.
If the poolid parameter is specified, then the clprNum-
ber parameter is ignored and the CLRP number of the THP
pool specified in the poolid parameter is set.
If both the poolid parameter and the clprNumber
parameter are omitted, 0 is set.
If the specified CLPR number is not in the storage system, an error
occurs. For P9500, the CLPR number in the storage system can be
obtained from the execution results of the GetStorageArray
(subtarget not specified) command.
