If you perform a quick split request on all pairs in a consistency group, confirm that the status of all pairs is DUPLEX.
If there are pairs with PENDING status, the quick split operation sometimes ends abnormally (CC = 12). If this occurs,
wait until the copy operation for the pair ends.
