Use this wizard to create pairs.

Use this window to configure the pairs you will create.

For Snapshot, only OPEN-V can be specified.
Total number of secondary volumes assigned to the primary volume. Includes
volumes for pairs being created, volumes in existing pairs, and volumes in L2
pairs (BC only).
Number of secondary volumes
Split type
• Non Split: Does not split the pair
• Quick Split: Splits the pair immediately
• Steady Split: After all differential data is copied, the pair is split. For Snapshot
pairs, a hyphen (-) is displayed and none of the pairs can be selected.
Speed of the initial copyCopy pace
• Faster
• Medium
• Lower value
A hyphen (-) displays for Snapshot pairs.
Used when cascading pairs. Shows the ratio of primary volume to L1 S-VOLs to
L2 S-VOLs, in the format x:y:z.
Pair topology type
A hyphen (-) display for non-Business Copy pairs.
