Receiving your HP Disk Array XP1024

Your HP Disk Array XP1024 is shipped directly from HP. If your disk array

is part of a system order, HP coordinates the shipment of equipment from

all locations so that it arrives at your site at approximately the same time.

In some cases, factors beyond the control of HP can cause delivery delays.

If you have not received your equipment within a two week period, notify

your HP sales representative. The HP sales representative traces your order

and expedites delivery.

Caution Be sure to allow for size and weight in regards to placing the disk array at

its installation site. Refer to “Dimensions” (page 22) for specific size and

weight values.
