6.5.14 JPOS Drivers for the Receipt Printer Drivers – Serial Port Setting
If you are using the serial version of the receipt printer, the entry in the CONFIG.XML must be
edited to reflect the COM (serial) port to which the printer is attached. The CONFIG.XML
from HP is located in the “..\Receipt Printer JPOS\JPOS\jpos\res” folder, the location will most
likely be in a different location for your point of sale application. Please contact your
administrator or POS application provider to assist on making changes to the configuration
setting.
