9.11 HP Pole Display
Question: When I run the non-OPOS test utility, I receive a run-time error message.
Answer: This error occurs when the utility is not able to talk to the pole display. Ensure the following
on the pole display
• The pole display is attached to the unit
• The Windows device manager drivers for the pole display are installed.
• Confirm the pole display switch is turned on.
