6.15.3 Configuration Utility
The HP Line Display T-Series Configuration Utility is used to configure various settings and is only
available from HP.COM.
6.15.3.1 Changing the Default Power-On Message
The Default Power-On Message is configurable and will be displayed while the Line Display is
powered on and idle until the POS Application takes control.
Steps
1. Open HP Display Setup Utility.
• C:\SWSetup\SPxxxxx\HP Display Setup Utility.exe
2. The Line Display should be detected automatically.
3. Click the Obtain Setting from Display button.
4. Edit the Line 1 and Line 2 messages to be displayed at Power-On.
5. Click the Download Setting to Display button to save the setting to the Line Display.
6. Exit HP Display Setup Utility.
Detailed Steps
