certificate has a

SubjectAltName

with a dnsName

identifier.

Remember that the

server wanted

Jetdirect’s

certificate too. It

sent us a

“Certificate

Request” and we

sent back our

Certificate just like

we would do if we

were a server.

Now the server has

to perform the

appropriate

certificate validity

checks.
