M.2 solid-state drive
Description
128 GB solid-state drive (SSD), M.2
The M.2 SSD is secured with one Phillips screw. It is located under the heat sink and fan.
To remove the M.2 SSD:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (

2. Remove the access panel (
Access panel on page 122).
3. Remove the hard drive (
Hard drive on page 123).
4. Remove the drive cage (
Drive cage on page 139).
5. Remove the heat sink (
Heat sink on page 136).
6. Remove the fan (
Fan on page 138).
7. Rotate the drive cage to its upright position.
8. Remove the Phillips screw that secures the module to the computer.
