Recommended action
1. Close the rear door, or touch the OK button to print to the rear bin.
2. If the error persists, verify the J8001 connectors is fully seated on the DC controller PCA.
3. Use the manual sensor test to verify the rear-door sensor functionality. If necessary, replace the
sensor (PS8001).
Close top cover
Description
The top cover is open.
Recommended action
1. Close the top cover.
2. Make sure that connectors FT1 and FT2 are fully seated on the cartridge door switch SW501.
3. Make sure that the tab on the cartridge door that activates the switch is not missing or damaged.
Replace the cartridge-door assembly if necessary.
4. Replace the door switch (SW501).
Creating cleaning page
