Recommended action
Turn the product off and then on.

A fuser motor startup error has occurred.
Recommended action
1. Turn the product off and then on.
2. Perform the fuser motor component test in the Troubleshooting menu.
3. Reconnect the connector (J47) on the DC controller PCA.
4. Replace the fuser motor.
