needs to be ordered.
To continue printing, press (S ELECT
button) to exit the printer message then

Follow the next steps to replace the
supply.
1. Open the top cover.
2. Remove print cartridge.
3. Install new print cartridge.
4. Close the top cover.

XX00 = memory is defective
XX01 = memory is missing
YY00 = black print cartridge
1. Turn the printer power off, and then
turn the printer power on to clear the
message.
2. If the message persists, contact an
HP-authorized service or support
provider (see
HP customer care).
