Loading the Dual-Roll Spindle

HP Latex 3000 Printer
1. Insert the first roll on the rear spindle.
2. Insert the second roll on the rear spindle.
3. Center both rolls, using the marks on both sides of the center of the spindle. The input and output rolls
should be positioned identically on their respective parts of the spindle.
4. Inflate the valves at both ends by connecting the air gun to the pneumatic connectors.

IMPORTANT:
Loadtherollontherightsideofthespindleasfartotherightaspossible.Theprinterwillnot
be able to print if the substrate loaded in the printer does not cover the vacuum system, the curing heater
and the substrate-advance sensor (OMAS).
