For the outbound rules, you need to allow two executables (the Command Center Server backend and the Command
Center Server data collector) to send data to the HP Cloud using the TCP port 443. Do the following:
a. Open Windows Defender firewall and select Add an outbound rule. Select Program and click Next (you can also
use the Custom option to set the port to 443 and TCP protocol).
b. Next, select the executable file of the Command Center Server backend (usually located at C:\Program
Files\HP\HP SmartStream 3D Command Center Server\Server \3dPCCServer.exe) and click Next.
