Sets a static system hostname.

ears the system hostname.
hostname A free-form string.

• Hostname may contain letters, numbers, and hyphens ('-'), in any combination
• Hostname may not contain other letters, such as ‘%’, ‘_’, ‘.’etc
• Hostname may not begin with a hyphen
• Hostname may be 1-63 characters long
• Changing hostname stamps a new HTT
