g. Activate Paper path sensor 1 by feeding a sheet of paper into the ADF paper path using the
green rotational wheel as shown in the previous image.
h. As paper is feed into the ADF path, check the control-panel to verify Paper path sensor 1
(unreachable) state to be either active or inactive. The virtual LED state next to the sensor
name illuminates green when the sensor has been actuated and increments the toggled
count by one. Failure to advance the count while manually activating the sensor could indicate
a failed sensor, cabling, or supplied logic voltage, (see section below entitled: evaluate cable
connections).
i. Activate Paper Path Sensor 2 by continuing to feed the same sheet of paper using the green
rotational wheel while verifying the sensor state.
