c. Release the document feeder pick roller cover
d. Close the document feeder pick roller cover by pushing firmly in the area shown below.
5. Open and close the top cover to see if the pick motor turns without posting this error. If there is no
error, then the motor is good.
6. Verify that the motor cables are connected.
