Deleting a Report
Follow these instructions to delete a report.
1. Enter the Select Report window and use the terminal’s arrow keys to select a report.
2. Press F7, Next Keys, from the Select Report window. A new set of function keys is displayed.
3. Press F3, Delete Report, and the selected report will be deleted.
A security check is performed to verify that you have been authorized to delete reports. The
next time the VISTACLN program is used, the report will be removed from the folder.
Note. The VISTAMNT program is used to define users that are authorized to delete
reports from folders.
