CAUSE: Statistical summary for the deactivated PXP SIP.

21 CLAS0004 MESSAGE: None
CAUSE: The PXP SIP has been deactivated.
ACTION: None. Nodal information.
22 CLAS0003 MESSAGE: None
CAUSE: An inbound packet has been discarded because the destination
PXP socket is not open.
ACTION: None.
23 CLAS0003 MESSAGE: None
CAUSE: A PXP error packet was not generated because the inbound
packet was a reply or error packet.
ACTION: None.
24 CLAS0002 MESSAGE: None
CAUSE: A PXP error packet was not generated due to a PATH failure.
