Windows driver changes
Fixed a case when a blue screen could occur after an external bus reset during negotiation (version
3.11).
Fixed a case where the driver could appear unresponsive during abort processing (version 3.12)
Fixed several cases when the driver's custom event log messages were being displayed as system
events. (version 3.12)
Linux driver changes
The SCSI bus would appear unresponsive after receiving a READ ATTRIBUTE command with an
odd transfer length.
The driver now compiles on the 2.6.26 kernel.
Windows driver installation instructions
To update the Windows driver:
1. Download the driver package for your operating system from http://www.hp.com/support/
u320e. The driver is a self-extracting file.
2. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the location of the downloaded driver package. Double-click
the driver package to extract the files.
3. Navigate to the location where you extracted the files.
4. Double-click setup.exe.
5. Click Install.
