A variety of information about the event is displayed in the Event Information
window to aid in troubleshooting.
• Event ID and Severity Level are displayed in the window’s title bar.
• SOURCE, DEVICE ADDRESS, and DESCRIPTION re-display
information available on the original event line.
The most useful fields are:
• CAUSE - Possible reasons why the event occurred.
• REQUIRED ACTION - What you should do in response to this message.
Informational messages will most often have no required actions. Critical,
Serious, Error, and Warning messages may specify useful required actions.
5. Click OK button to close the event information window.
