3. In the Fax dialog box:
◊ Enable or disable this Fax entry using the Enabled check box.
◊ Enter the receiving fax phone number.
◊ Enter a fax header, if desired.
◊ Select the installed fax software from the Fax Software list (default is
WinFax, but this may not be selectable).
4. To test the fax alarm using the settings you’ve just made, click the Test
button.
5. When you are satisfied with the Fax set up, click the OK button.
Your new Fax entry appears in the lower window of the Alarm Setup
dialog box. Refer back to Figure 4-13 for an example.
Remove Fax Alarm
1. Select the Fax alarm type in the upper window of Alarm Setup.
2. Select the desired Fax entry for removal in the lower window of Alarm
Setup.
3. Click the Remove button.
4. At the confirmation message, click No to keep the Fax entry.
5. Or, click Yes to remove the Fax entry.
