2. Locate and remove the theta shipping pin.
3. Retain the shipping pins. You will need them for any maintenance
procedures to the Z and theta motors. You can store them behind the right
front door.
4. Move the Z column to access the hand assembly. See Figure 2-6
.

Caution. Move the Z column and the Z carriage at the two points shown in the following two
figures. Excessive force will damage the hand assembly and its attaching hardware.
