2.4 Transferring Files
To begin transferring the required Tandem files, click on the FTP button (the single,
green arrow) on the toolbar. Figure 2-2 is a picture of the toolbar.

The FTP window will prompt you to enter the Tandem Host Information (see Figure
2-3). This consists of the following:
• Host IP Address
• User Name
• Password
• Host Path Name
The Host IP Address will depend on which system is being used as the server. The
Host Path Name is the location of the SMM server files. The location should be
$SYSTEM.TSISMMS. The user will need to be a super-group ID. The password of
the user id is case sensitive.
