When the cleaning operation is completed, the Default Screen
reappears.
8.8 Removing the Cleaning Cartridge
1. Examine the Default Screen on the Control Panel to assure that
the cleaning cartridge has been unloaded from the drive. If not,
then unload it using the Load/Unload Menu, as described in
Chapter 6 – Operation of the 5157 ACL.
2. Remove the magazine from the 5157 ACL using the procedure
described in Chapter 6 – Operation of the 5157 ACL, in the
section titled ‘Inserting and Removing Cartridges.’
3. Remove the cleaning cartridge from the magazine.
4. Insert any desired data cartridge into the slot vacated by the
cleaning cartridge.
5. Insert the magazine into the 5157 ACL.
6. Close the magazine door.
