Processor
A processor or central processing unit (CPU).
In Nonstop S-series servers, a Processor is a component of the processor multifunction (PMF) customer-replaceable
unit (CRU). Each processor enclosure in a NonStop S-series server contains two PMF CRUs and therefore two
processors.
Location in OSM Tree: System > Group > Module > PMF2 > Processor
Slot Location: Processors are located on the PMF CRUs in slots 50 and 55 on the service side of processor enclosures.

Service State
Logical
The state of the component at the time of discovery.Processor Freeze Enabled State
The ServerNet address of the processor; a unique identifier automatically assigned
for the purpose of routing ServerNet traffic.
Example: 0xE007F
ServerNet Node ID
Whether a halt has occurred in this processor:
False: Processor is not halted.
True: Halt or freeze has occurred.
Halt Flag
The size of the processor memory.
Example: 512 MB
Total Memory Size
The state of the processor as known to the operating system. ValuesProcessor State
An octal value that represents the contents of a Processor register known as the
Lites Register.
Lites Register
The NonStop server type. Values
Example: NSR-V
Processor Type
Amount of secondary cache, in megabytes.
Value: 2 or 4
Secondary Processor Cache Size
Whether the processors and service processors have been initialized after the most
recent power-on.
True: Processors and service processors have been initialized.
False: Processors and service processors have not been initialized.
Initialized
The octal halt code emitted by the processor that halted.
0: No halt has occurred.
%53: System freeze occurred.
%74: Software fault occurred.

Halt Code
Whether persistent backpressure is severe enough to disrupt traffic on the Internal
ServerNet X Fabric.
Fault: Backpressure has caused ServerNet traffic on the Internal ServerNet X Fabric
to become blocked.
OK: Backpressure levels are below the threshold level for disrupting ServerNet traffic.
Unknown: Cannot be determined.
Backpressure State on Internal X Fabric
Whether persistent backpressure is severe enough to disrupt traffic on the Internal
ServerNet Y Fabric:
Fault: Backpressure has caused ServerNet traffic on the Internal ServerNet Y Fabric
to become blocked.
OK: Backpressure levels are below the threshold level for disrupting ServerNet traffic.
Unknown: Cannot be determined.
