Viewing a Summary of Actions
The Action Status Summary displays a summary of all actions in progress and actions that have taken place in past
24 hours. Information for each action includes resource name, action name, action status, and progress of the action.
You can also view detailed information about each action.
Actions Not Displayed
The Rediscover action is not reported in the Action Summary dialog box. (This action updates the OSM client interface
and is not really an action performed on the system resources themselves.)
OSM Software-Triggered Actions
The Action Summary dialog box also displays actions initiated automatically by OSM software. An Internal Refresh
action on a processor is triggered and reported as a result of these activities:
• A Rediscover action on a module
• Firmware Update actions
• SP state changes
Viewing Action Details
1. In the Action Status list, select the action for which to view details.
2. Click Detail.The Action Details dialog box appears and provides detailed information about the action.
To reach this dialog box:
Select Summary>Action.
