Limited Warranty Period The Limited Warranty Period for an HP Hardware Product is a specified, fixed period commencing on the date of purchase. The date on your sales receipt is the date of purchase unless HP or your reseller informs you otherwise in writing.
If you require an HP representative to handle all component replacements, support uplift contracts are available at additional cost. Service Upgrades HP has a range of additional support and service coverage for your product that can be purchased locally. However, some support and related products may not be available in all countries/regions. f. Recovery Solution. Any software recovery solution provided with/for your HP Product, whether in the form of a hard disk drive-based solution, an external media-based recovery solution (e.g. floppy disk, CD or DVD) or an equivalent solution delivered in any other form, may only be used for restoring the hard disk of the HP Product with/for which the recovery solution was originally purchased.
