Open or remove the tower bezel, as needed ("Open or remove the tower bezel" on page 17).
• Extend the server from the rack (on page 16).
3. Remove the access panel (on page 18).
4. Open the processor retaining latch and the processor socket retaining bracket.
5. Remove the processor socket protective cover.
IMPORTANT: Be sure the processor remains inside the processor installation tool.
