YouTube Mode
The YouTube Mode allows you to record videos with predened video settings for easy
upload to the YouTube website.
YouTube supports two le upload standards:
Single File Uploaded. The maximum video le size is up to 100 MB.•
YouTube Uploaded. The maximum video le size is up to 1 GB.•
Most uploaded video lengths range 1 to 5 minutes. Therefore when recording video using the
YouTube mode, the following applies:
Recorded videos are set to YouTube standard resolution of 640 X 480.•
Recording automatically stops when the le reaches 100 MB.•
Recorded videos in the YouTube mode are stored following the DCF rule, however videos are
saved in a specic folder named “_UTUBE”.
To record a YouTube videos, select •
from the Video Quality function. Available
recording time for a YouTube is up to 10 minutes.
