The MFP must have internet access to allow HP to collect information. To disable the Privacy Setting
option:
1. Click Privacy Setting and uncheck the Allow product information to be sent to
HP box (Figure 27).

Protocol Stacks
The Protocol Stacks option allows you to enable or disable certain print protocols used in your
environment. To set your configuration:
1. Click to select Protocol Stacks (Figure 28), and deselect all unused protocol
stacks as applicable to your network. See the table below.
