reboot after uninstalling
If the user uninstalls HP 
ProtectTools Embedded 
Security and waits a few 
minutes after the uninstall 
completes, when the user 
selects Yes to reboot, 
numerous end-task errors 
appear with Japanese (JP), 
Taiwanese (TW), Traditional 
Chinese (TZ).
These end tasks include:
•persistWnd
•hkem.exe
• conime.exe
• ccapp
•PSD
• HP ProtectTools 
Embedded Security Icon 
tray
This occurs only on first uninstall attempt. Allow 
more time and the stalled process will 
successfully complete.
