Regulatory Information Regulatory Notices - Electromagnetic Compliance Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements have been established in many countries to regulate the radio frequency energy generated by Information Technology Equipment (ITE). This energy is generated during the normal and intended use of this equipment and so it is limited by country regulations to levels intended to minimize potential interference to other electrical equipment, including public safety services.
Regulatory Information equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user is required to correct the interference at their own expense. Class A Accessories Installation and use of a Class A accessory creates a system that meets the requirements for industrial and commercial environments.
