4. Insert a thin, plastic tool (2) under the left side of the GPS antenna transceiver and detach the
transceiver (3) from the display panel assembly. (The GPS antenna transceiver is attached to the
display panel assembly with double-sided adhesive.)
Reverse this procedure to install the antennas.
System board
NOTE: Soldering is involved in the removal and replacement of the system board. To reduce the
amount of soldering required in this removal and replacement process, an Antenna/Battery/Speaker/
System Board Kit spare part kit exists. This kit is available using spare part number 747684-001.

Before removing the system board, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the tablet. If you are unsure whether the tablet is off or in Hibernation, turn the tablet on,
and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect the power from the tablet by unplugging the power cord from the tablet.
3. Disconnect all external devices from the tablet.
