Bluetooth audio system issues
The audio system indicates a connection but is not playing music
●
Ensure the device you want to hear is connected to the audio system and playing music.
●
Ensure the audio system is not muted and the audio system volume is turned up.
●
Your Bluetooth device might be out of range. Try moving it closer to the audio system.
●
Move your device away from any device that generates electromagnetic interference, such as another
Bluetooth device, cordless phone, microwave oven, or wireless router.
●
Turn o and turn on the audio system.
Cannot pair the audio system with my Bluetooth device
●
Ensure your audio system is discoverable (The Bluetooth button light is blinking).
●
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
●
Ensure you have selected the printer name in the Bluetooth device list on your device and the connection
has been conrmed by your device.
●
Your Bluetooth device might be out of range. Try moving it closer to the audio system.
●
If possible, turn o all other nearby Bluetooth devices or disable their Bluetooth functionality.
●
Turn o and turn on the printer, and then pair and connect your device. For more information, see Pair
and connect your device to the audio system on page 34.
●
Press and hold the Bluetooth button ( ) for about six seconds to disconnect from all devices and clear
previous pairings from the audio system memory. Then pair and connect your device again. For more
information, see Pair and connect your device to the audio system on page 34.
