Power Switch Assembly

Power switch/LED assembly 646820-001
The power switch assembly is mounted to the front of the chassis and removed by pulling it away
from the chassis.
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (
Preparation for Disassembly on page 73).
2. Remove the computer access panel (
Computer Access Panel on page 74).
3. Remove the computer access panel (
Front Bezel on page 75).
4. Disconnect the cable from the black system board connector labeled PB/LED.
5. Press downward on the tabs (1) at the top of the assembly.
6. Rotate the top of the assembly downward (2), and then pull it away from the chassis while
threading the wires through the hole in the front of the chassis.
