Accessing troubleshooting help
The Troubleshoot button on the L&TT toolbar links to guided troubleshooting help on the HP
StorageWorks website. The Troubleshoot button is enabled in all screens, even when a device is
not selected.

Using the SCSI script utilities
L&TT includes SCSI utility scripts, which can be accessed from the Utilities > Run Script menu. These
scripts send various SCSI commands to the selected device, but they generally do not return any
results.
