Cluster Admin
Cluster administration includes configuration and management tasks for the nodes in a SAN
Gateway cluster. A cluster generally consists of two SAN Gateway nodes, a master node and a
standby.
The Master SAN Gateway is the current master node in the cluster. The master node works together
with a standby node to manage the availability of the cluster. When there are more than two nodes
in the cluster, the other nodes are designated as normal nodes.
