4. Release the ZIF connectors (1) and (3) to which the TouchPad and fingerprint cables are
connected, and then disconnect the cables (2) and (4) from the system board.
NOTE: Only select models are equipped with fingerprint readers.
5. Remove the palm rest.
Reverse this procedure to install the palm rest.
