2. Entry of User Access Codes is enabled by default.
Follow these steps to enable popups allowing a User Access Code to be entered for every print:
a. Select Printers & Scanners from Settings (or System Preferences).
b. Select your printer.
c. Select the Options tab, and then select the Require User Access Code check box.
3. Entry of User Access Code is found in the System Print Dialog, under Accounting.
NOTE: In Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave) and later all native Mac applications will show Accounting under
“Printer Features”.
