Manage multiple devices with Digital Sending Software
The HP Digital Sending Software (DSS) is a remote management tool available for purchase. DSS allows many
multi-function printers, or similar devices, to be managed from a single point of contact.
When bound to DSS, all digital send and fax setup for the device is managed through the DSS conguration utility
on the server. As a result, many setup pages will be disabled within this website. Allow the DSS connection if DSS
is used for this device. After the device has been bound to a DSS server, prevent other DSS servers from binding
to the device by disabling Allow transfer to a new server.
