Step three: Set up the Notication Settings
Set up the notication settings for either FutureSmart 3 or 4.

Use the settings in the Notication Settings area to specify when you, or the person who is sending the email,
should be
notied of the status of sent emails. The default setting is that the signed in user's email address will
be used. If the recipient email address is blank, no notication is sent.
Set the following features in the Notication Settings area:
● Condition on Which to Notify: Select one of the following conditions on which to notify:
– Notify when job completes
– Notify only if job fails
● Method Used to Deliver Notication: Select the notication method, E-mail or Print. For E-mail, provide an
email address
● Include Thumbnail: A thumbnail image of the rst page of the fax is sent with the notication
● Consolidate printed reports: Consolidate multiple fax destinations into the same fax call report

To select notication settings, navigate to the Notication area of the Fax Receive Setup area, or navigate to
Default Job Options in the Fax Send Setup area. Set notication settings to specify when you, or the person who
is sending the email, should be notied of the status of sent emails. The default setting is that the signed in
