Delete a speed dial list
Delete a speed dial list for either FutureSmart 3 or 4.

Use the following steps to delete a speed dial list.
1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, scroll to and touch the Fax button.
2. Touch the Speed Dials button to display the Speed Dials screen.
3. Touch the One Touch Speed Dials number of the list to be deleted.
4. Touch the Delete button.
5. Touch the Yes button to conrm the deletion of the speed dial list and to return to the Fax screen.
FutureSmart 4
Use the following steps to delete a speed dial list.
1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe until the Contacts app tile displays. Touch the
Contacts tile to open the app.
2. Touch the arrow in the upper left corner and select Fax Speed Dials.
3. Select a speed dial list.
4. Touch the Delete icon .
5. Touch Delete to conrm.
