Retrieve diagnostic information
Use the Diagnostics Page, located in the Troubleshooting tab, to retrieve diagnostic data from the printer that
will help HP technical support troubleshoot printer problems.
To view or print the Diagnostics Page:
1. In the EWS, click the Troubleshooting tab.
2. On the General Troubleshooting page, under the Reports and Tests section, select Diagnostics Page.
3. Click Print or View.
