Remove trays from the DCF.
❑
Note the cable connector on the tray heater.
❑
Note the tabs on the rear of the tray heater.
❑
Route the cable through the opening in the rear wall of the DCF.
❑
Insert the tabs on the rear of the tray heater into slots in the rear wall of the DCF.
❑
Insert one screw to secure the tray heater.
❑
Remove the rear cover of the DCF.
❑
Connect the cable from the tray heater to the cable of the DCF.
❑
Reinstall the rear cover of the DCF.
❑
Reinstall the trays in the DCF.
❑
Remove trays 2 and 3 from the device.
❑
Locate the tray heater power switch in the rear of the tray opening.
❑
Trun the switch ON to apply power to the tray heater(s).
❑
Reinstall trays 2 and 3 in to the device.
❑
Plug the MFP into the power outlet and power the device on.
