Place the inner nisher front side down on a table.
❑
Insert the hinge pin – verify cables are located to the left of the pin.
❑
Replace the e-clip.
❑
Connect the two cables.
❑
Replace the rear cover.
TIP: Locate the three tabs along the top of the cover and engage with corresponding holes on the frame.
❑
Snap the cover back down in the lower corner.
❑
Reinstall three screws.
❑
Turn the nisher back to its normal orientation.
❑
Open the inner nisher front door.
❑
Unlatch and open the inner punch.
❑
Use a piece of blue tape to hold the latch in the open position.
❑
Place the black washer on the pin.
❑
Reinstall the e-clip on the pin.
❑
Peel o the backing and install the new mylar over the opening.
❑
Remove the dummy door and install the punch waste bin.
❑
Remove the blue tape and close the inner nisher.

NOTE: The HP LaserJet MFP E72525dn/z, E72530dn/z, E72535dn/z models require the spacer to be installed
to increase the height of the engine to match the nisher. See the Install the spacer and DCF/Cabinet (HP LaserJet

Power down the MFP.
❑
Unpack nisher, bridge and attachment hardware.
NOTE: E7 engines require the 2nd exit to be installed rst.
NOTE: E7 mono engines require a spacer to be installed before attaching a nishing option.
NOTE: On the engine, remove the bin full actuator, paper settling arms and face down bin.

Remove packing foam and tape from the nisher.
❑
Open the top cover and remove the foam and tape inside the paper path.
❑
Locate and remove the shipping bracket for the booklet maker. Use one screw to store the bracket on the frame.
