Deleting snapshot data

you store the snapshot data for the FS pair.
You can store a maximum of 1,024 snapshots for a P-VOL. If you have reached the maximum,
delete the unneeded or unused snapshots.

Deleting FS pairs
Deleting an FS pair deletes snapshot data from the pool and cancels the relationship between the
P-VOL and S-VOLs.
You can delete snapshot data but not also release the FS pair. To do this, delete the snapshot data
for the pair in “PFUS” status.
CAUTION: After deleting the FS pair, if the number of pairs shown on the Summary tab and on
the list is different, the configuration is still being processed. To reload the configuration information,
wait for a while and then click File > Refresh All.
Prerequisites
You have the Storage Administrator (Local Copy) role.
The FS pair status is “PAIR”, “PSUS”, or “PSUE”.
1. In the Storage Systems tree, click Replications > Local Replications.
