Copy documents
NOTE: All documents are copied in normal quality print mode. You cannot change the print mode quality
when copying.
You can also use the HP Smart app to copy from your mobile device. For information about this app, see Use
the HP Smart app to print, scan, and troubleshoot on page 12.
To copy documents
1. Load paper in the input tray.
For information about how to load paper, see Load media on page 18.
2. Load the original print-side up into the document feeder, or load the original print side down near the
icon at the corner of the scanner glass.
3. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch Copy .
4. Specify the desired number of copies. Do either of the following to specify the number:
● Select a number in the spinner. You can swipe left or right in the spinner to increase or decrease
the number.
● Touch the keypad button on the right side of the spinner to enter a specic number.
5. Touch (Settings) to specify paper size, paper type, quality, or other settings.
6. Touch (Back) to return to the Copy menu.
7. Touch Start Black or Start Color to start the copy job.
