Clear paper jams in Tray 1 - 15.A1.yz; 15.D1.51; 15.D1.81; 15.D2.A1; 15.D2.D1

When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an error message and an animation that assists in clearing the
jam. Paper jams in Tray 1 can produce any of the following error codes:
● 15.A1.yz
● 15.D1.51
●
15.D1.81
● 15.D2.A1
● 15.D2.D1
Follow these steps to clear the paper jam:
1. If jammed paper is visible in Tray 1, clear the jam
by gently pulling the paper straight out.
2. Close Tray 1.
