Clear paper jams in the duplexer - 15.D1.yz; 15.D2.yz; 15.C1.5z; 15.C1.8z; 15.C1.9z

When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an error message and an animation that assists in clearing the
jam. Paper jams in the duplexer can produce any of the following error codes:
● 15.D1.yz
● 15.D2.yz
●
15.C1.5z
● 15.C1.8z
● 15.C1.9z
Follow these steps to clear the paper jam:
1. Open the right door.
2. Remove any jammed paper.
